I discovered that taking photos of my shoes in the oncology department exam room has a more positive outcome in dealing with anxiety than taking anti anxiety medication. Perhaps I should suggest a double blind study to investigate and compare the results!
Having faced a lot of anxiety recently, I must try some of your ideas!
