Vintage Leopard Print!

February 13th, 2011

Vintage leopard print hat and bag and vintage green gloves-estate sales, black tall flat boots with zippers-Century 21, black yoga pants and tunic.

It was a beautiful, sunny day not to be wasted, so The Style Crone and Camille were out for errands and yoga.  The times are a little rocky, like the magnificent mountains that can be seen on the horizon; the shadows come  with the sun.  But I can’t think of anything more engaging right now than Nelson taking photos of leopard print on a brilliant day in the midst of melting snow.

Well, you learn something new all the time! I’d never tried leopard print with green. Obviously a hole in my style vocabulary!

Hope you have a lovely Valentine’s Day together and cherish each other (as you always do!) Here’s to hearts and cupids.

I love this color combination. I found myself fingering a pair of gloves in a thrift last weekend and wonder if you have any advice on buying gloves. Have a happy Valentine day.

Thank you for the question about ‘glove buying.’ I check for quality, size, condition and beauty! And of course price. Most of my gloves are from estate sales, where I try to hit the glove box as soon as I spot it! They are always a fun way to add detail to an outfit.
